ENERGY ENERGY AND ENERGY! HOW DO YOU FEEL AFTER YOUR YOGA PRACTICE?
Hey guys !!! just wanted to share with you what I have learned from my yoga practice this week. I went to an intense vinyasa class at 0930 am, and after the session I felt so sleepy and had no energy, all I wanted to do was to jump in bed. It felt so strange because I know I am supposed to feel the opposite. Then a few days after my ashtanga yoga teacher during savasana told us that if you don’t have energy after your practice and feel to sleepy is because you have exhausted to much of your energy into your practice. That was a moment of awareness for me!! a light bulb. Then I realized why it is important to breath in and out and have the physical movements follow the breath in order to feel the pose (with energy of course) but not all of what you GOT!. relax breath and practice peacefully.
