Lately the intention I have been focusing on is having PATIENCE in my life and my practice. Yoga is so uplifting that I always want to get to the full  expression of the pose without realizing that I am not there yet, which makes me spend to much energy into the pose, doesn’t let me breathe properly and therefore I end up losing focus.

I am working hard this month  focusing on being patient, take time to breathe and coming into my yoga mat to FEEL   stay aware and focus.  This also helps me focus to better myself, making me realize when I am being impatient in my everyday life and when to actually analyze it and start making changes.
