I personally missed 2 days of practice this week and I feel so bad about it. However, my ashtanga practice has been so intense that I felt sore and tired plus as a nurse I am always on my feet at work, therefore I was not disciplined enough to show up on my mat. THIS WAS MY FAULT for sure. I intend to do better next week. its all about deleting old bad habits and incorporating new and better ones. BEING MENTALLY STRONG TO SHOW UP ON YOUR MAT, even if your whole body is fatigued.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRIORITIES AS A YOGI? is practicing yoga part of your daily life where it is a must and you incorporate it into your daily routine, just like you are scheduled to show up at work and it is a priority to go or else no money. how disciplined are you with your practice?
